1. General

1.1. Welcome to the MrMonify website (the "Site"), operated by [legal entity name], [business / company number], [address] ("MrMonify", "we", "us").

1.2. Your use of the Site is subject to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What the Site offers at this stage

2.1. MrMonify is a personal money management product that is still in development. At this stage, the Site offers:

information about the future product;
a free self-assessment, which ends with a general snapshot and a report;
joining a waitlist.

2.2. Descriptions of future features on the Site are for information only. We do not commit that the product will launch, to a launch date, or that it will include any particular feature.

3. Not financial advice

3.1. The content on the Site, the assessment, the snapshot and the report are general and educational information only. They are based on the answers you gave, without checking any actual data.

3.2. They are not financial advice, investment advice, investment marketing, pension advice, tax advice, legal advice or a credit rating. They do not recommend taking or avoiding any financial action.

3.3. MrMonify does not hold a license for investment advice or pension advice. Before making a significant financial decision, we recommend consulting a qualified professional.

3.4. Any decisions you make following your use of the Site are your sole responsibility.

4. Age and permitted use

4.1. The Site is intended for people aged 18 and over.

4.2. You agree to provide accurate information, not to impersonate anyone, and not to provide another person's details without their consent.

4.3. You may not use the Site in a way that could harm it or other users, including: using bots or automated tools, mass-submitting forms, attempting to break into our systems, copying content for commercial use, or any unlawful use.

5. The waitlist and founder pricing

5.1. Joining the waitlist is free and does not oblige you to buy a subscription.

5.2. Founder pricing: anyone who joined the waitlist [by the launch date / among the first [number] members] will be entitled, when the product launches, to a monthly subscription at 19.90 ILS a month (or 4.99 US dollars a month), including VAT as required by law, instead of the regular price.

5.3. The price applies as long as the subscription remains continuously active. Cancelling the subscription, or a missed payment that is not settled [within [number] days], ends the entitlement. Renewing a subscription afterwards will be at the regular price at that time.

5.4. The entitlement is personal, tied to the email address you registered with, and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.

5.6. The terms of the subscription itself, including the trial period, billing and cancellation, will be published in the product's terms of use at launch, and will apply from the moment you subscribe.

6. Marketing emails

6.1. We will send you updates and marketing only if you explicitly agreed to it, in a separate checkbox that is not ticked in advance.

6.2. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also ask to unsubscribe by writing to support@mrmonify.com.

6.3. Even if you did not agree to marketing emails, we may send you a message directly related to your request, for example an update that the product has opened, to people who joined the waitlist. [For the lawyer's review]

7. Intellectual property

7.1. All rights in the Site, its design, texts, assessment, reports, the MrMonify mark and logo belong to MrMonify or to whoever licensed them to it.

7.2. You may use the snapshot and report you received for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute or make commercial use of the Site's content without written permission.

8. Availability and liability

8.1. The Site is provided "AS IS". We do not guarantee that the Site will work without interruptions or faults, or that it will be free of errors.

8.2. To the extent permitted by law, MrMonify will not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising in connection with the use of the Site, its content, or decisions made based on the snapshot and report.

8.3. The Site may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy policies.

9. Changes

9.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on the Site, with the date of the update.

9.2. A material change that harms rights already granted to you, including founder pricing, will not apply to you without prior notice. [For the lawyer's review]

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
